The California estate viñedos (vineyards) are planted Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cariñena, Monastrell, Graciano, Mencía; and Albariño, Verdejo, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. They are hand-farmed using some of the most sustainable practices in the industry.
